argh!!

OMG! work is HORRIFIED ytd night! I swear it was my worst night after almost a year of working. Su and i started work at 8pm. Both sides were alr full house by that time. I work as wait A at hotside. The place was in a mess. Plates not clear, tables not clear, customers kept asking for refull of water, bills etc. And because of the late night shopping, most of the customers left after they have eaten. And new customers kept coming in NON STOP! Rico is the cashiers. Mess,mess,mess. Everytime i go in, there were a big stack of bills waiting for him to do. Runnner!! messed too! Hotside sent out foods every min? Maybe i shld say sec?? Waitside messed too! Customers kept calling, leaving, new tables, orders, water, settings!! Talk about setting, bothside continously ran out of cultery and cups! argh! I refilled TWICE the tub of water within 1HOUR!

Around 9plus, eddie have to hold back the long queue cox most of us cant take it anymore. He told waitside DIE, hot/coldside kitchen DIE! haha! So all of us manage to catch a breath at that time. But it was like awhile only. After that disaster is back! There are even 4 mangers in hotside kitchen. ah moon, steven, nick and anba. Those who are working till 11pm were held back. Rico work till almost 12am. Ger left around 11.30. Aron have no choice but to extend. And let me tell you guys. I had NEVER see such a long queue and ytd night i saw it! Super long. and u know what is the time when the queue was the longest? 12AM!! omgomg! Normally 12am onwards the staffs can alr slack and jokes alr. haha! I was damn dead after work! 9hours of lesson at 6hours of working :(
