stress

project starting soon
after attending all the training, meetings etc
the guidelines/rules like $#@!!$%
im afraid that the stress are too much to take
but luckily we(5 fresh grads) are handling service requests
compare to incident management team which is much better
i dont know how long can i stay on to this job
but for wad i know now there is NO pay increment for 2years! wtf!
but i cant leave to work at another company without experience
nevermind, since recognition of this project is worthy to stay :D
off to bed soon = i dont want to think too much
